Disclosures

TaxBreakCheck is an educational project about published U.S. federal tax rules for 2025 through 2028. It is not a law firm, CPA firm, or enrolled agent. Nothing on the site is tax, legal, or financial advice, and nothing here creates a client relationship.

Rules were checked against the sources linked on each page, as of October 14, 2026. Tax law and IRS instructions change. The VIN result is NHTSA’s plant-of-manufacture field, which Form 1098-VLI’s instructions allow a person to use, alongside the parts-content label. If those sources disagree, this site does not resolve the conflict.

Vehicle pages are a launch set of high-volume nameplates. They are not an official sales ranking, not a list of qualified vehicles, and not a statement that a particular car was assembled in the United States.

Display-ad blocks and affiliate blocks are present and disabled. They do not load an ad network, set advertising cookies, or link to a lender, insurer, dealer, or tax-software offer. There are no paid placements. If a provider is connected later, this page will name it before any paid unit is turned on.

The reminder form does not create an account. With the provider left unconfigured, the browser does not send the address anywhere. A future provider would receive only the email address, the list name “tax-season-reminder,” and the consent flag, by a POST you configure in src/config/signup.ts.

NHTSA and the IRS are not affiliated with this site. Their names are used to identify public sources.
